Clarion Compass Workshop

You’re not stuck.

You’re unexpressed.

There’s more in you than what’s coming out.
More truth. More depth. More of you.

You’ve built something.
You’ve lived through things most people haven’t.
You’ve thought about things most people never will.

And yet, when it’s time to put it into words, you hesitate.
You soften. You stop too soon. Or say too much.
You know you’re not showing up at the level you’re capable of.

Defining your Clarion Compass is where that changes.

An invitation-only workshop for women who know there is more in them than people currently see.

This is a guided small-group process to articulate your thinking with the precision it deserves.

There is nothing wrong with your vision.

What’s missing is articulation.

This is not about better messaging, or tactics, or even confidence.

It is about this:

You haven’t fully said what is actually there.

Until you do, you keep circling the same level.

Clarion Compass is designed for women who are ready to stop holding back.

What is The Clarion Compass?

A precise, intimate workshop that helps you:

  • Extract your thinking

  • Surface your Lived Insight Anchors

  • Challenge what is vague

  • Articulate the right story with greater precision

  • Stop leaving things unsaid

This is not therapy or passive learning.
It is not a formula or a script.

It is structured, guided work that helps you get what is inside you out fully and coherently.

The Container

Amy Collette creates the kind of room where people say what they have never fully said before.

She does not give you scripts or teach you how to "sound right."

She helps you stay with your thinking long enough for it to deepen, sharpen, and become real.

This is powerful, personal work.

Looking inward is how you find the message that only you can share with the world.

The Power of the Cohort

The small group approach is essential to the method.

Hearing another person articulate a pivotal insight with precision unlocks your own ability to do the same.

That is why the Clarion Compass Workshop is limited to only 8 curated participants.

For the room of visionary women.

For the mirror (and feedback) only aligned, wise women can provide.

For depth.
For candor.
For the level of attention this work deserves.

FAQ

Have questions?

Who is this workshop for?

This experience was created for women who:

Carry deep insight and experience.
Understand that not fully expressing themselves is holding them back.

Who find themselves:

Start writing

Start expressing

Start creating... but never finish.

And desire to:
Feel more confident in how they express themselves.

Follow through on things they start.

Be seen and understood at a higher level.

How will I know if this workshop will benefit me?

You will know by how it feels as you read about it. Does something in your chest jump at the idea of fully expressing yourself? Do you feel that something profound would be revealed if you could connect the insights of your life?

Do you work with clients remotely or in-person?

All of our group sessions for the workshop will be held remotely by Zoom.
Some of Amy's events are held in person, including exclusive private client work.

How can I use the stories that I write in this workshop?

The stories you write in this workshop are primarily for your use to understand your thought and decision-making processes, to fully express yourself, and to connect the dots of events and insights of your life.

Your stories may also spark your future impact. That impact always begins with you and ripples out if you are called to share it.
Some people go on to write books, or join The Circle community, as well as speak on stages, take their businesses in different directions, and find many ways to expand their influence and impact.

How much time will I need to devote to the homework each week?

Your writing time is key to getting the most out of the workshop. You will have some writing exercises before the workshop begins, and for each of the first four weeks. Recommended time to set aside for writing is two to four hours each week. It's a great idea to give yourself a couple of two-hour blocks of quiet, uninterrupted time to yourself to focus on your writing.

How deeply will we examine our stories?

Your writing may take you to some emotional places in your past. This is an important point. Many of us have avoided looking at the pivotal points in our lives to avoid the painful memories associated with them. Realizing that we have already lived through those experiences can help reveal new insights and connections we haven't made yet.
Setting aside time to write and to examine your emotions and what you are learning is important to this deep process. Taking good care of yourself is also important.

In our group discussions, everyone is asked to participate at the level they feel comfortable with. You are invited to share only what you choose to, without pressure or expectation. Silence is also respected and is always your choice.

How will I know if I have been successful in this workshop?

You will know because you will see yourself differently.

Amy's story: I developed this experience after I discovered the power of a story I never told. The story of addiction in my family was a secret I was sworn to as a child, and I never thought to break the silence until I realized it was a turning point. When I connected the dots with other things in my life, this story became my origin story, the underlying reason for my transformation.
